Every HAKI product is batch tested to destruction to ensure that it far exceeds industry standards.
- For additional peace of mind, HAKI’s special relationship with its steel suppliers has enabled it both to develop a unique lightweight high strength steel and to trace each individual component back to a particular batch of steel.
- Each component has a unique reference mark which is not only a guarantee of quality but provides genuine peace of mind.
- Full scale destruction test as required by EN12810 at SP & NF.
- Individual component testing.
- NF Testing is the highest standard in the world.
- Pocket welds are tested each time steel batches are changed and whenever the welding machine is restarted.
- Minimum accepted performance 5 tons per pocket.
