Galvanising prolongs the life of the product and contributes significantly to the integrity of HAKI Universal System Scaffold:
- Every HAKI component is galvanised in one of Europe's most advanced galvanising plants.
- Each stage of the process is computer controlled to guarantee consistency and quality.
- HAKI Universal System Scaffold is manufactured from steel with very low silicon content - meaning it can be galvanised to 60 microns.
- Every HAKI component is hand inspected and hand finished to guarantee quality.
- That"s why galvanising represents 25% of the cost of HAKI Universal Scaffold.
